Medical Care

Home Health Services to Support Healing at Home

For many hospital patients, being discharged doesn’t necessarily mean their healing and recovery process is over. Many times, they need to continue their rehabilitation at home. Without the support and resources of the hospital, it can be tough for some people to adhere to the instructions their doctor has given them. Caring Hearts® is here to ensure they get the care they need while recovering at home.

Many people are anxious to get back to normal once they leave the hospital, yet a recovery can be set back considerably if they do more than they are able or instructed to. We can bridge the gap from hospital to a full recovery with our in-home Medical Care. Caring Hearts offers licensed and trained professional Caregivers who have extensive experience providing home health care and medical services. They can help clients recover from ongoing conditions such as congestive heart failure, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, and cerebral vascular diseases.

Give us a call at (866) 721-3499 to learn more about our medical care services and how we can help your loved one recover following their hospital stay.

Monitoring Services

If you don’t need regular in-home care services, Caring Hearts offers advanced technology that can help monitor your family for those times when they do need assistance. We offer wearable technology that can alert us if they fall and Wellness Calls to check in on them, see if they need anything, or remind them to take any medications.

During your FREE In-Home Care Assessment, we can discuss our Medical Care Services, 24-Hour Monitoring Services, and our additional in-home care. There is no obligation to commit to our services during this meeting.
