Care & Companionship Services

Everyday Assistance for seniors & Loved Ones with Disabilities

Throughout our years of experience caring for our clients, we have learned that the little things really do matter. Staying active and socially engaged is critical for ones well-being. Assistance with basic activities of daily living can help your loved one remain safe and independent in their own home.

Caring Hearts® is focused on making sure your loved ones have assistance with everyday tasks and remain socially active. We offer Care and Companionship services that will ensure they are happy and comfortable when you cannot be with them.

  • Caring Hearts customized Care Plan may include the following:
  • Feeding
  • Dressing
  • Using the bathroom
  • Preparing meals
  • Playing games and cards
  • Sitting and standing
  • Navigating stairs and other areas of the home
  • Getting in and out of bed
  • Escorting to and from check-ups, errands, social events
  • Connecting with friends and family through social media

These are just some of the more common tasks we can assist with. We understand that many of our clients require assistance with some other chores and activities, and we would be happy to assist with those as well. All of this will be discussed during your FREE In-Home Care Assessment with our team.

Helping Your Loved One Wherever They Call Home

Though we refer to our services as in-home care, we understand that “home” doesn’t always mean a residential house. Our services are meant to make your loved one feel comfortable and cared for wherever they call home.

  • Our Companion Care services are available for those residing in:
  • Independent living facilities
  • Retirement communities
  • Hospitals
  • Rehabilitation centers
  • Life plan communities
  • Short-term nursing facilities
  • Assisted living facilities

If your loved one’s living arrangements change during our care, we can be there to help. Our Caregivers can help ease the transition from one place to the next by being a familiar face they can rely on for a wide range of needs.
