- Companionship – A smiling face, a helping hand, ears to listen and a voice to encourage. From conversation to cards, reading aloud to going for walks, our Caregivers focus on providing social and physical stimulation to keep people active and engaged.
- General Assistance – Everyday living activities, such as housekeeping, laundry, preparing meals, sorting mail or organizing personal affairs, can present challenges. Our caring staff can assist with household responsibilities making life easier for you and your loved ones.
- Personal Care – Dressing, grooming, hygiene and transferring from a bed to chair, or chair to a toilet are things most people take for granted. These and other personal care activities can often be challenging as a result of age, illness or injury. Our caregivers can provide the assistance and encouragement to help people receive the care that is needed.
- Transportation – Whether getting to and from appointments, running errands or visiting the beauty salon/barber shop, Caregivers assist clients in preparing for an outing, provide transportation, accompany them while away from home and help them get settled as they return.

Flexible Care Plan Options

Caring Hearts offers flexible care plan options to ensure our clients find the right combination of services and a schedule that meets their needs.
- Client Determined Schedule – You have your own schedule and commitments. Caring Hearts’ services can be scheduled for a few hours, a whole day, once a week or every day and can be adjusted over the course of our service relationship to meet the changing needs of the client.
- Location – Caring Hearts provides personalized, non-medical, assisted living services anywhere a client and their family needs them … in their home, the hospital, rehabilitation center, nursing home, retirement community, etc.
- Affordable Care – Each client and their families select the services and schedule that best meets their needs and budget, for the ultimate in affordable care.
